Gourmet Event at the Concord Co-op

CONCORD, NH – Celebrate the holidays in good taste at the Concord Cooperative Market’s 12 Bites of Christmas event happening Thursday, December 8, 6:00 to 8:00 PM. This exclusive, ticketed event will show off the award-winning Celery Stick Café’s talents for holiday appetizers and parties.

The twelve bites will include party-pleasing classics like baked brie, marinated artichoke hearts, and a variety of stuffed grape leaves, as well as poached pears with blue cheese, prosciutto-wrapped shrimp, a selection of sliders, crab cakes, smoked salmon corn cakes, and mini beef Wellingtons.

“These twelve tasty bites will tantalize your taste buds,” enthused Chef Mike Cook, Executive Chef at the Café. Enjoy white chocolate and raspberry mousse martinis while you are surrounded by lively Christmas carols performed by strolling members of the Concord Chorale. Tickets are $15 per person, $10 for Co-op members. A wine tasting will accompany the event.

The Co-op’s wildly popular foodie events attract approximately 12,000 people annually; however, this intimate event is limited to just 150 ticket holders. Don’t miss out! These events offer the community an enjoyable, affordable night out as well as an opportunity to taste the diversity of catering skills available at the Co-op. The Café was named NH’s Best Healthy Lunch by Best of NH as well as one of the best caterers in Concord by the Capital Area People’s Preference Awards.
