Company Description

Planning your wedding can be a daunting task. Wedding planners are essential for managing the time-consuming and stress-inducing details of the biggest party of you life! Today’s wedding coordinators can help you refine ideas and connect you with the very best vendors. “I bring the supplies, you paint the canvas,” says Sharlene Barker of Ooh La La Events. “You can be involved as much or as little as you like.”

At Ooh La La Events we are focused on saving you time and money while making your Denver or Rocky Mountain event exceptional and beautiful. Sharlene Barker is a ACPWC Certified Wedding Consultant (Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants).

All Inclusive Package

After your complimentary consultation, we will assist in all aspects of your wedding, from a Rocky Mountain outdoor wedding to a downtown Denver celebration.

Includes: budget preparation, venue consultation and “walk through”. We procure all wedding professionals. We prepare a wedding day schedule and manage the arrival, setup and cleanup of your venue. We completely coordinate the Rehearsal, Wedding Ceremony and Reception. We arrive on-site with our Wedding Day Emergency Kit containing anything and everything to handle anything unexpected.

Rehearsal and Wedding Day Coverage

For the couple looking for a stress-free wedding day, we offer coverage of the Rehearsal, Ceremony and the Reception (10-14 hours).

Elopement Wedding Package

An alternative to courthouse nuptials, we offer a 1-2 hour outdoor, Colorado ceremony and celebration with seating for up to 20 people. Bride's bouquet, groom's boutonniere and a small cake provided along with a free bottle of bubbly.

Vendor Referrals

Based on your initial consultation, we visit with up to five vendors of your selection.

Green Weddings

We can help make your Earth-friendly Wedding and Reception a reality from organic, locally-grown flowers to recycled invitations and everything in between.

Other Services

Use us to coordinate a gift opening brunch and the rehearsal dinner. We can stuff and stamp invitations. We offer cake cutting and cake floral design; printed escort cards and escort board rental; wedding supplies and favors; and dance floor rental.
