Circle City Planners and Designers are simply THE source for the modern bride. No matter where you are in the planning process, our team can help bring your vision to reality. The perfect pairing of a wedding planning service and a floral design company creates a "one stop shop" for the busy bride.

Whether you need full scale event management and orchestration, simply need a florist, or, or possibly just "weekend of" coordination (or maybe something in between), we will customize a plan that fits your needs.

Weddings

Congratulations! This can be a very overwhelming time in your life, but it doesn’t have to be…Circle City Planners has been around for over 9 years and we deal with our clients a little differently. We meet you where you are in the wedding planning process. Whether you are looking for someone to handle every detail or needing assistance with just the little ones. We don’t believe in set packages, instead we create custom programs PLUS bonuses for our brides. Bonuses might include: monthly one on one calls and/or meetings, designer décor plans, RSVP calling those last minute guests, returning items for you on Monday after the wedding, PLUS many, many more. This will give you the individual attention you deserve, all created specifically with you in mind while keeping you on budget.

Tiffany Mullen is a second generation, award winning designer with over 15 years experience. We were voted "Indy's Best Florist" in 2007 by the its loyal customers on www.indychannel.com, and again voted "Indy's Best Wedding Florist" in 2008. For 2009, we were once again voted one of Indy's Best.
