Company Description

Events Luxe, LLC, is the brain-child of Tiffany Bentley-Halkitis and Amanda Doerr, located in St Louis, MO. The owners are young, hip, and focused. Organization and creativity run through the girls veins, making this duo highly sought-after for any modern and memorable event. High profile events and social parties alike, these girls have the experience, foresight, industry knowledge, and fresh ideas to wow guests and make the hosts look incredible, every time.

Events Luxe operates out of downtown St Louis, and Wentzville, MO. The company provides event and wedding planning, and design services to the general metro area.

Full and partial strategic event planning

When preparing for an event, everyone has unique requirements depending on the type of party, budget, timeline, and so much more. Some of our clients have us create just a concept or theme, some wish for us to prepare each and every unique detail.

Creative design services

You can hire EL for full or partial event design and styling, creative direction on decor and visual elements, and unlike many other coordinators, we can actually make things for you!

In most circumstances, we will coordinate with other professionals in the industry to provide the items specific to their talents. Sometimes, however, we are hired by clients just to design and produce a creative gift, a unique monogram, escort cards, or make general decor items! And when we’re lucky, clients ask us to do some of everything.

Month-of and day-of coordination

Sometimes you have all the details planned yourself, and just need a little extra help on the Big Day. We will happily provide what you may know as “day-of coordination”, though we typically require at least 2 months notice to get to know you and your event, to best serve your needs.
