Kids want to have fun and parents want a child that minds, gets good grades, can focus and has high self-esteem. That’s what they'll both get when they come to Ultimate Karate & Jiu-Jitsu.

Kids will learn principles they can use throughout their lives.

Our martial arts program teaches kids and adults realistic and practical self-defense, both verbal and physical. All ranges of fighting from kicking and punching to groundwork are addressed. If a parent wants their child to learn a self-defense system they can use throughout their lives then come practice with us. If a parent wants to enhance their child’s athletic ability for other sports then come hang with us! If a parent is having problems with a child’s behavior then this is the school for them. The best thing is kids won’t be couch potatoes!

We offer classes for kids, teenagers and adults in Karate and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are taught by world renowned 2nd Degree BJJ Black Belt and Teacher Keith Owen. Keith is also the highest ranking black belt in the State of Idaho with over 20 years of Jiu-Jitsu experience.

What kind of Adult Students are we looking for?

We are very discerning about what adult students we take here at our school. Not everyone is accepted as a student. Our type of Jiu-Jitsu is for regular guys. We aren’t interested in the MMA student who likes to hurt people. We want emotionally, physically and financially stable men and women who want to learn precise and detailed Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Our age range is 14 to 65. We train first for self-defense and secondly for competition. If that description fits you then come on in.
