The Field Museum serves as a host site for receptions and dinners for all size groups, and is a stunning choice for a wedding reception. Host an unforgettable evening in one of our beautiful event spaces where guests can explore exhibitions and dine among elephants and dinosaurs.
Reception locations include Stanley Field Hall, our premium event site with 2 levels of reception and dining space as well as access to SUE, our world famous T-rex. Or celebrate in the architecturally elegant East Atrium Pavilion. This sky-lit atrium is perfect for cocktails followed by dinner in the Pavilion. Or surprise your guests with the stunning collection of dioramas in the Hall of Asian Mammals and the world famous Man Eating Lions of Tsavo in Rice Hall. African Mammals and a panorama mural of the African Plains grace this beautiful event space
