Company Description

Staffed with a team of professionals to handle every detail, The Chanler is a place where meetings and events are arranged in truly historic proportions. Specializing in small overnight groups of 20-30 people, several versatile meeting locations within the mansion allow for a unique classical setting that offers not only world-class banquet menus, but also state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities. For special events and day meetings, The Chanler's facilities comfortably accommodate groups of over 100 people in truly breathtaking settings.

Meeting spaces include the elegant Winthrop Boardroom, which is ideally suited for a traditional Board of Director’s meeting. This classical space is enclosed by beautiful carved mahogany walls and features comfortable leather chairs and seating for up to 10. For larger groups, John Easton's Room features panoramic views of Easton's beach from within the room or by stepping out on to the balcony. This bilevel, flexible space can accommodate groups of up to 30.

Outdoor event spaces include the Cliff Lawn and The Terrace, which can accommodation banquets of up to 130 and receptions of up to 200. Both feature breathtaking views of the Cliff Walk, Easton's Beach and Atlantic Ocean.

Backed by the culinary creations of the award-winning Spiced Pear restaurant, each ceremony, reception, and dinner is planned with the utmost attention given to creating this day around one thing – you.

Three lawns, including the Cliff Lawn, Meadow Lawn, and Woodland Lawn, are available to choose from and all afford some of the most dramatic wedding ceremony locations available in New England. The Terrace, complete with dramatic white classic columns, is the perfect location for larger wedding receptions and dinners. From within the mansion's Spiced Pear, several additional reception and dinner location options abound for smaller weddings of up to 60 guests.
