Company Description

Good times make good memories. We make it easy to create memorable moments at the Adventure Hub & Winery in the heart of SODO. We offer our award winning wines, fabulously prepared food, attentive service and all inclusive party planning.

Our main event space, the production winery, can accommodate stand up events for 50 and seated dinners for up to 36. For even larger parties and presentations (up to 100 guests) we recommended expanding into the adjacent adventure hub or utilizing the outdoor patio.

The Adventure Hub and Winery embraces the owners combined love of wine and travel. Guests can enjoy Elsom Cellars' bold and earthy wines while envisioning their next dream escape. We provide a unique venue in our production winery – surrounded by provocative travel photography of the many destinations where Evergreen Escapes Artists guide immersion tours – and the lure of the outdoors for Kaf Adventures guided educational explo-rations around Cascadia.

The layout is customizable to align with the vision for your event. The location is ideal for offsite meetings, presentations, celebrations, luncheons, rehearsal dinners, cocktail style parties or wine and food paired dinner parties. Our event planners will provide or refer you to our partners to provide any additional items needed. We will coordinate rentals, live music, DJ’s or whatever is needed to make your event memorable.

The collective venue offers soaring ceilings, exposed steel and wood beams, and an operable oversized garage door to expand festivities outdoors. We also have an in-house commercial kitchen available for caterers to use (No Charge if our preferred Caterers) or private chef to put finishing touches on a special meal.

Wine and Beer

Elsom Cellars is a licensed and bonded production winery through the State Liquor Control Board and Federal To-bacco Trade Bureau. There are additional regulatory requirements to consider based on this licensing, all events in the space will comply with the following:

Distilled spirits are prohibited from being served on site.

All alcohol served in the space must be purchased thru Elsom Cellars liquor license or a licensed caterer. Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender which will be provided by Elsom Cellars at $35 hour, 4 hour minimum.

An employee of Elsom Cellars must be present at all times during events within the bonded license boundary, included with rental fee.

Catering

At the heart of any event is amazing food and wine. Elsom Cellars sources many locally produced artisan culi-nary specialties; we also enjoy a partnership with several local caterers who will create a menu to complement your event. We realize you may have your own favorite licensed caterer and will consider your recommendation to ensure the experience aligns with your vision and budget.
