We specialize in charitable, corporate and exclusive private affairs. With 15 years combined experience in planning, budgeting and implementing special events, co-owners Evelyn Castillo and Heidi Norman have the breadth of knowledge to create uniquely entertaining occasions for your guests or highly professional gatherings for your colleagues.

Evelyn Castillo has eight years experience planning and managing events in Pittsburgh. She serves as Creative Director of Sterling Events and is well-known for her attention to detail and ability to use her creative talents to make each event unique.

Heidi Norman offers seven years experience planning corporate, charitable and private events in Pittsburgh. She serves as the Managing Director for Sterling Events and is focused on creating the best possible experience for our clients and their guests.
