Company Description

We offer all types of sessions, for all types of groups. That said, we are most known for utilizing the Team Ropes and Challenge Course as part of our programming. If you have not yet had the chance to visit- we would love to schedule a time for you to see and hear all we have to offer !

This isn’t a competition or a race and it isn’t about being extremely active – unless that’s what your group needs.

We will work with you to design a session that gets everyone moving, one that is slightly active or even one that is completely seated. The event will be one that brings your goals to reality.

School and Youth Groups

The Center for Organizational Advancement at Rogers Memorial Hospital offers programs for school and youth groups. Programs focus on team-related topics including leadership, motivation, adaptability, trust, cooperation, goal setting and communication.

Sports Teams

Programs are available for both players and coaches.

COA will help your team build cooperative skills, develop active communication, and learn leadership.

Developing these skills will bring your team to the next level!

Community Groups

The COA serves church groups, boy scouts and girl scouts, family groups, reunions, picnics, fraternities, sororities, birthday celebrations, annual summer picnics, bachelor / bachelorette groups, couples retreats, parenting groups, women’s or men’s groups, fundraisers, other specialty events.

Professional Groups

COA recognizes the obstacles that corporate groups encounter and can help you surmount them. Counterproductive group dynamics and workplace habits are quickly unmasked through experiential learning such as a game, group activity, or challenge course. With this shared experience, individuals gain new insights, adopt different perspectives, build confidence, and learn to think creatively. Beyond basic corporate teambuilding, we help your group reach higher.

We offer programs for sales teams, management, human resources, front line staff, social workers, psychologists, counselors and others.
