A 2 story space. This portion is the upstairs its 1300 sq ft all white wall hardwood floors and a bathroom in the corner, the windows overlook the bottom space which is 4600 sq ft of graffiti artistic wall and an all black brick wall and concrete floors which gives an industrial art feel. Its beautiful. there is a bathroom. I use the space for artistic needs only as I am an artist myself I'd love to have a home based for other to utilize to express their craft. Film/. Photography, dance, yoga, meditation class etc.
