Many clients are unsure whether an event planner can benefit them. Each client wants to have a voice in the planning process. At Beyond Events, we collaborate with our clients, carefully listening to your needs, wants and desires to create a wedding that surpasses your expectations.

Wedding Planning

Full service coordination: This option is for the bride that wants to relax and enjoy the wedding planning process. All she has to do is select her preference of the options offered by wedding professionals and he wedding planner handles the rest (meetings, details, timing, etc.). We take on the hassle so that you can enjoy the wedding planning process and focus on the fun stuff.

Event planning and coordination: For the bride that has already done some of the planning (budgeting, timing, location, etc.), but would like some assistance in choosing reputable vendors and a little guidance on how to design her event, as well as a coordinator to keep things organized and running smoothly the day of.

Day of Coordination: This level assistance is for the bride that has completed all of the planning, design, and vendor selections one month or more in advance. All this bride needs is a professional wedding coordinator to step in and tie her vision together. We use the information that you provide us to make sure your event goes exactly as you’ve planned.
