What is a reality adventure?
Reality adventures are activities woven together by a mystery (storyline), filled with treading enigmas. Participants must solve their assigned mystery by performing real world task/activities within a set time frame. All the clues are written within the storyline. Unlike scavenger hunts where the participants must obtain items on a list within a time limit, in reality adventures, participants must investigate all leads, research data, and sometimes navigate (without Global Positioning Systems).
Take the movie “National Treasure” Instead of actors performing the investigations, you become the detective or treasure hunter. Your leads will take you to real places and require you to speak/interview real people, right in your very own backyard.
Reality adventures are built around community’s history, lifestyle and geographical landscape. If the focus is on a company’s product or service, then the adventures storyline is built around the product are service woven into a unique affaire.
