Every detail, decision and suggestion that we make is focused on our clients having a completely personalized and unique experience. Transparent Pricing

Yes- we said it! We believe that our clients should be able to see or directly pay an invoice at any point. Our planning fees are billed as a separate line item- no mark ups. In an economic climate where businesses are routinely audited, you can count on Premier to be above board. We pass our loyalty discounts on to our clients and do not ever accept kick backs from vendors. As you compare corporate planners, ask about this. Many companies charge a planning fee as well as making a profit from marking up event services.

Industry Distinction

Many industries require passing a competency exam to even practice. The Special event industry does not. When comparing planner candidates, it can be difficult to know who is an experienced, trained event professional and who is not. The certifications that we have earned require years of experience and education to even be eligible to sit for the exams. The study is time consuming and requires discipline and commitment. The skills that we used to earn these certifications are the same skills that you can count on us to provide for your wedding. In addition our event professionals have been honored on the local and national level for their work.

While some planners offer in house services, we prefer to pair you with the perfect vendors based on your aesthetic and budget. We believe this allows us to deliver a customized suite of services as opposed to making your dreams fit with in house services. In addition, on event day, we are focused on you- not building the flowers, installing the lighting, or preparing the food. Our “Premier Certified Partners” are leaders in the Dallas event industry. All have agreed to a code of conduct, ethical guidelines, insurance requirements, and in many cases, incentives that can be passed on to our clients.

Continuing Education

Premier Special Events believes that the moment we stop learning will be the moment we cease to provide the best. We participate in local, national, and international meetings and conferences to be sure that we are always up to date with cutting edge trends. We invest more than the average college tuition annually in continuing education and our clients see the return on that investment.
