You may be an entrepreneur with a successful venture behind you, or you might be considering a big change of direction or a career move. This decision may affect the next five to ten years of your life and you want to give it as much thought as it needs. "Next Steps" offers a structured approach to making the big decision. We also offer programmes for people whose partners are experiencing some of the more adventurous Active Mendip activities. Why not relax and discover yourself whilst your partner enjoys caving, climbing or motor sports? As well as personal coaching our programme includes everything from a choice of spa locations, reflexology, pedicure, Bowen technique and individual Yoga tuition. All of our coaches are trained in both business and personal coaching and are associates of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). We will help you design the perfect break, combining fresh air and appropriate exercise with thinking time and reflection. You will never be asked to do anything that you do not want to do - this is your time. Costs range from £2,950 to £5950 per person for a three or four day intensive personal discovery session depending on accommodation and activities planned.
