Like all of the Allied Europe offices, Allied France/Biarritz, offers full service destination management and though our offices are based in Biarritz, we offer our services and staff throughout southwest France and northwest Spain from Bordeaux to Bilbao.

CONVENTIONS & CONGRESSES
France has always been one of the most popular destinations in Europe and is where you can still get "good value for your money". We can be your contact to research hotel accommodations and contract with them on your behalf. Allied France/Biarritz has exclusive and efficient software to handle hotel accommodations, on-line registration, compiling of rooming lists, conference and booth sign-ups for your congress participants.
PRODUCT LAUNCHES
We can organize your event through all of the many details of this very complex operation from the research for venues, to product transportation and delivery.
CRUISES
Allied France/Biarritz can organize all shore excursions for your group to ports throughout France, Italy and Spain. With so many ports-of-call for cruise ships, what could be easier than to use one company to handle them all! And, we have exclusive software, enabling your participants an easy way to register on-line for all of the excursions they choose. We can also arrange for any pre or post program your clients might requrie.
TRANSPORTATION
We have very carefully selected all transportation services we offer, including deluxe air-conditioned motor coaches, chauffeured limousines, minivans, vintage cars, helicopters and boats. We can handle everything from airport transfers to complete itineraries throughout Europe.
ON-SITE STAFF
We are proud of our experienced and dynamic team of multi-lingual tour guides, hostesses and airport, hotel and convention center supervisors that are so important to the success of any event.
CONFERENCE SERVICES
Our audio-visual department, conference, stage and decor designers, on-site communication, video and sound system experts and video and still photographers are at your disposal any time they are required.
TICKETING
Allied Europe has two in-house IATA licensed air and rail ticketing offices, making it easier for a last minute ticket change or pre and post program assistance.
